Dhabi Co-operative Society is joint stock organisation
fully owned by citizens of the Emirates and listed on
the Abu Dhabi & Dubai stock exchanges. The Management
board is headed by Mr. Mohammed Saeed Al Qassimi as Vice
Chairman & Managing Director.
Currently
the Company is diversified into various business segments.
Some are Supermarkets, Hyper markets, Consumer goods,
Distribution, Real estate, Franchise for International
Brands, Electronics Superpark, Infotech, Share Investments
and Imports.

Promoters
Adcoops is promoted by the shareholders
who initiated during its beginning at 1981. The shareholders
include the major local personalities who had taken
part in the development of modern UAE. It is governed
by strong and sharp rules laid out by the shareholders.

The operations of the organisation
is managed by Mr. Georges Mojica as General Manager,
Mr. Faisal Al Arshi as Deputy General Manager and functional
Managers for the respective operational departments
(as detailed in the organisational chart).
